Name: Lucifer Morningstar (Samael before the Fall) Door: Going to use the door pass thing since he was submissive on the TDM and my other char is a Dom. Besides, Lucifer as a sub is the equal to a Siamese cat waiting to see who earns his submission first. Canon: Lucifer (tv) Canon Point: post season 3 and bonus episodes Age: Since the beginning of time although he looks to be 35-40 years old. Appearance: History: wikipedia ho Personality: I'm going to keep this short because to go into ever facet of Lucifer's personality would be an essay in and of itself and the app did say bullet points were okay. Thank you whoever came up with that. +Pride - He's Lucifer Morningstar, the Devil himself. Been around for a long, long year, stole many a man's soul to waste. While he's got pride in who he is, Lucifer hates it when someone blames him for their bad actions or him for Hell. His view is that his father planned out even Lucifer's rebellion so there would be someone to rule Hell, be the bad guy, etc. Over the three seasons of the show, this has lessened some if one can get past it. +Lust - Wow. Um. Lucifer is a very generous lover with lots of people. There's multiple scenes of him waking up or with upwards of four people (female and male) at a time. He even has a group he calls 'The Brittanies' which are three to four very lovely women he likes to spend the evening with. He loves a party, throwing as many as he can at Lux (his bar) and in the penthouse on top. Which has a very large hot tub, of course. +Wrath - Lucifer does have a temper when someone pushes him the wrong way, usually another celestial being. This does manifest against humans when they've done something to personally hurt him (stole his wings) or harmed innocents, especially if it was just for money. While Lucifer himself does not like children, he hates it when parents (or parental figures) harm those in their care since it echoes back to his own parents treating him as he perceives they did. The same with truly innocent people that were killed/taken advantage of (as in the case of the street preacher bilking the faithful of their money)/destroyed so someone else could gain. Basically, anyone he would have ended up with in Hell if he were still there. +Envy - Despite all that he is, all that he has, Lucifer isn't above wanting and feeling he should have what others do. This is seen with Chloe and Dan to a degree because he doesn't get why she wants her ex-husband over all the splendid greatness that is Lucifer. In many cases, Lucifer doesn't get why he wants the things he does or why he can't have them even when his own actions are ruining his attempts. With all his near omniscience, he can't sometimes get basic human emotions or what causes them in others. +Gluttony - Lucifer does what he wants when he wants. The Siamese cat ruling from on high. Coming into Duplicity, he's going to have that going on and probably try to pick his Dom versus letting someone else pick him. Makes him feel as if he's in control and that the other person is worthy. When it comes to anything, Lucifer will take it to the furthest point, the highest high. See his drug use, alcohol use, sleeping around, etc. +Greed - Excuse you, but if it's Lucifer's, then it's his. There's just very few things that he's willing to call exclusively 'his'. Starting out in Duplicity, probably only his coin and clothes. Later on, a Dom might be someone that he will defend and do all he can for. Multiple subs wouldn't be a problem so long as his Royal Siamese Highness is buttpatted enough. +Sloth - He's a hedonist, and as such, he's all too willing to laze around in bed doing what he likes. When he sulks, he sulks in ways we wish we could with laying about and whining. Other than that, he sucks at this sin because he's usually doing something even if it's just singing and playing the piano or drinking at the bar. Despite all his sins, Lucifer does have his good points. His loyal to a fault, overlooking human flaws if he cares enough. Money is nothing to him. He'll throw it at anyone who he feels deserves it. He hates liars and refuses to lie himself although he's very good at being ambiguous about what he'll do specifically. The basic problem that everything comes back to is that Lucifer perceives everything through his own filter and experiences. He will side with a child before a parent, especially a father if someone is accused of cruelty. Being as old as he is, Lucifer is set in his ways on many things but he can and is slowly evolving more - becoming mortal as the other immortals say. Basically, Lucifer is always up for a good time, and this place is just his speed. Powers and Abilities: Wings/Flight - what it says on the tin although his wings are usually hidden. He hates them because it marks his father's hold on him still. For awhile, he kept cutting them off every time they regrew. The feathers of his wings are shown to heal damage taken from a Hell-made weapon. The scars remain on his back from the first time he had Maze cut them off. Angel - immortality, strength, durability, resistant to disease - basically an angel. Not much affects him unless it's a Hell or Heaven weapon unless Chloe Decker is near. Then he's basically a human. Knowledge - Since he's as old as time, Lucifer knows a little or a lot about most anything. He can speak every language in his father's universe (which will not extend to worlds from other fandoms) but cannot write/read all of them. True Appearance - Lucifer's true 'devil face' appearance is that of the mythological red-skinned burnt creature that can drive people insane just by glimpsing him. This can also be as small as his eyes glowing red when angry, voice coming out booming enough to rattle glass. Desire - Lucifer has the ability to meet a person's eyes and lean close, asking them what they want. If eye contact is made, they end up telling him what their deepest, darkest secrets and wants are. The only canonical way to avoid this is someone putting their eyes out. Doesn't work on the blind needless to say. Escape - Just listing this for completeness since Lucifer does constantly escape from handcuffs, locks, etc. Given the nature of Duplicity, I'd imagine that'll rarely be used because he enjoys bondage. Some attribute telekinesis to him too since he makes his coin float in two scenes which is just dumb. He never shows that ability at any other point in the series and is probably just a trick of the coin to float four inches and spin for him. With all of these, I can't foresee a time when they would be used, but hey, he might end up someone who has a feather kink or gets off on a stronger partner - or needs furniture moved. This is a lot of blah blah for completeness that will end up nerfed. In series, except for the dark desire bit, he rarely uses any of this. It's just part of who he is. Inventory: Pentecostal coin (Lucifer's coin, get out of Hell free card - used in series when Malcolm kills him but regained because dad), his Prada suit (wearing) and his wallet with his credit cards/ID/money because what's worse than having a gold card and not being able to use it?
